CANCELLATION POLICY

MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, NURSING, PHYSIOTHERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY, AND SLEEP COUNSELING.

To cancel a home visit without incurring a fee, it will be necessary to give at least 1 hour notice by sending a whatsapp to: +34 679 173 648.

If less than 1 hour’s notice of cancellation is given, 50% of the corresponding base fee will be charged.

If the professional has already arrived at the address, 100% of the base rate will be charged.

The cancellation message will not be processed until we receive a confirmation reply from us (we work from 9:00 to 21:00 every day of the year).

IN-HOME WORKSHOP

To book an in-home workshop it is necessary to pay 50% of the base rate at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: In order to cancel a workshop without incurring a cost, it will be necessary to communicate it by whatsapp to +34 679 173 648 at least 24 hours before the date of the workshop. The 100% of the paid reservation will be refunded or the workshop can be rescheduled for another date.

Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: In order to cancel a workshop it will be necessary to communicate it by whatsapp to +34 679 173 648. There will be no refund of the amount paid but it will be possible to reschedule the workshop for another date. It will only be allowed to change the date once.

WORKSHOP AT THE INSTITUTO MADRILEÑO DE LA DIASTASIS ABDOMINALIS OR LITTLE BY LITTLE

To reserve a place in the workshop at IMPA or Little by Little physiotherapy it is necessary to pay the total amount in advance. The place will only be reserved once the payment has been made.

Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: In order to cancel the attendance to the workshop without incurring in cost it will be necessary to communicate it by whatsapp to +34 679 173 648 with at least 72 hours in advance to the date of celebration of the workshop. 100% of the paid reservation will be refunded or the workshop can be rescheduled for another date.

Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance: In order to cancel the attendance to a workshop it will be necessary to communicate it by whatsapp to +34 679 173 648. No refund will be made but the workshop can be rescheduled for another date. It will only be allowed to change the date once.
