Psychologist at home: emotional support in the comfort of your own home
Mental health is as important as physical health, but it is often difficult to find the right time for therapy. With a home-based psychologist, you can receive professional support in the comfort and privacy of your own home, without worrying about travel or unfamiliar surroundings.
Why choose home-based therapy?
Receiving therapy at home eliminates the stress of travel and offers a safe and relaxed environment that facilitates emotional openness. In addition, treatment is tailored to your specific needs, creating a personalised plan to address your personal challenges and goals.
Some examples of problems we can help you with:
-Anxiety and stress: Learn techniques such as relaxation, cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness to manage daily stresses and worries.
-Depression: We work with you and your family to create a supportive environment to boost your recovery by improving communication and mutual understanding.

I am a health psychologist and member number M-27558. After graduating from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2009, I completed my training with the Official Master in Psychological Intervention in Development and Education by the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and with the Master in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology by the Spanish Association of Clinical Cognitive Behavioral Psychology. Little by little, the illusion and the desire to learn led me to train in Systemic Family Therapy and Brief Therapy, both for children and adolescents as well as for adults and couples.
After 7 years, working with children and families, in different resources, in 2016, I decided to open my own center, where since then we attend, children, adolescents and families. My way of working with the little ones, focuses on the game as the main tool for evaluation and intervention; and with adolescents and adults, I adapt to what the process will need at all times.

I am a child, adolescent, and adult clinical psychologist, registered under number M-37396.
After graduating in Psychology, I completed a Master’s in General Health Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2020. During my studies, I collaborated on research projects focusing on childhood obesity and eating disorders with the ANOBAS research group, leading psycho-family intervention groups in primary care.
In parallel, I expanded my training by completing a Master’s in Contextual Therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. Currently, in pursuit of a humanistic approach, I am training in Transactional Analysis and Relational Integrative Psychotherapy to deepen my understanding of internal and relational dynamics and the family’s influence on an individual’s development.
My clinical practice has focused on children, adolescents, and adults in private practice. Additionally, I collaborate with Caritas, providing psychological support to children, teenagers, and their families in situations of social vulnerability. I also have experience in treating eating disorders from a systemic approach, actively involving the family in the therapeutic process, as well as in grief counseling.
My work with children and their families primarily focuses on family-based interventions, encouraging active parental involvement and using play as a therapeutic tool. With adults, my role is to facilitate self-awareness, considering past experiences and promoting change through individual strengths and resources, fostering emotional connection and awareness of underlying needs.
For me, it is truly enriching to witness the continuous growth of the individuals I accompany. The therapeutic bond is a fundamental part of the process, and through it, I continue to learn something new every day.
