It is recommended to offer milk before each meal, but if this causes the child to reject complementary feeding, it can be offered after or between meals.<\/li>\n<li>Water can be offered during or between meals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It is recommended to establish the following schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7:30\/8:00 wake up<\/li>\n<li>8:00 breakfast: cereals, fruit&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>9:30\/10:00 1-hour nap<\/li>\n<li>12:00 lunch: vegetables + protein (chicken, turkey, beef, fish, legumes, or egg)<\/li>\n<li>13:00-15:00 nap<\/li>\n<li>16:00 snack: fruit<\/li>\n<li>17:00\/17:30 15-30 minute nap<\/li>\n<li>18:30\/19:00 bath time<\/li>\n<li>19:00\/19:30 dinner: cereals, vegetables, protein&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>19:30\/20:00 bedtime<\/li>\n<li>23:00\/23:30 if the child keeps waking up during the night, a &#8220;dream feed&#8221; can be offered at this
