After graduating from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid in 2009, I completed my training with the Official Master in Psychological Intervention in Development and Education by the Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n a Distancia and with the Master in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology by the Spanish Association of Clinical Cognitive Behavioral Psychology. Little by little, the illusion and the desire to learn led me to train in Systemic Family Therapy and Brief Therapy, both for children and adolescents as well as for adults and couples.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section av-ls3fxpo0-ec5a1c886b70008791e471b094b8cf6b \">\n<div class=\"avia_textblock\">\n<p>After 7 years, working with children and families, in different resources, in 2016, I decided to open my own center, where since then we attend, children, adolescents and families. During my studies, I collaborated on research projects focusing on <strong>childhood obesity and eating disorders<\/strong> with the <strong>ANOBAS research group<\/strong>, leading <strong>psycho-family intervention groups in primary care<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, I expanded my training by completing a <strong>Master\u2019s in Contextual Therapies<\/strong>, including <strong>Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness<\/strong>. Currently, in pursuit of a <strong>humanistic approach<\/strong>, I am training in <strong>Transactional Analysis and Relational Integrative Psychotherapy<\/strong> to deepen my understanding of <strong>internal and relational dynamics<\/strong> and the <strong>family\u2019s influence<\/strong> on an individual\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<p>My <strong>clinical practice<\/strong> has focused on <strong>children, adolescents, and adults in private practice<\/strong>. Additionally, I collaborate with <strong>Caritas<\/strong>, providing <strong>psychological support to children, teenagers, and their families in situations of social vulnerability<\/strong>. I also have experience in treating <strong>eating disorders from a systemic approach<\/strong>, actively involving the family in the therapeutic process, as well as in <strong>grief counseling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>My work with children and their families primarily focuses on <strong>family-based interventions<\/strong>, encouraging <strong>active parental involvement<\/strong> and using <strong>play as a therapeutic tool<\/strong>.
